    what up suckers! i watched Purple Rain last night. all my child hood memories came back to me (now i’ll need therapy). It made me want to get a motorbike, that would change my life. I also thought that this type of hot stuff musician film is very formulaic and similarities can be seen from films such as La Bamba to Cool As Ice and 8 Mile.
